These CDs (also available in book form) detail Eckhart Tolle's teachings on how to achieve personal enlightenment and experience being. They encompass mindfulness, but add a spiritual element which includes all faiths and religions. If you are into self-knowledge, this is definitely something to listen to or read. It's not an instruction manual on how to cope with life in the modern world; instead it opens our minds to what we have within us, and what we have perhaps not recognised before.

This book has great insight from the beginning and speaks the truth. I apply its principles everyday and my life has changed for ever. Recommend to anyone who is a slave of thought, mind and the world pressures. This book teaches how to live a life free from the thought that could control your life in a negative, unproductive and unhappy life.

I haven't finished the book yet but so far it has been an excellent tool to reinforce what I already knew. The author knows that we already have the knowledge he is helping us to sort out and delivers it in an engaging way.

Although the receipt of my order was prompt, I was not satisfied. When I opened the package, the book appeared to be extremely water damaged. The pages were buckled and reading was difficult, because the pages felt brittle.

I am an economist and a money manager. I usually don't post reviews on "self help" books but I stumbled on this via a family member and it touched me. He pinpoints all the little bad habits that pull us out of just being here right now and focusing on what is real now...not imagined fears. By the way, I think that power is making me a better money manager. Just read it and see what you think.
